About Dahlia ~ The Vegetarian Hostess:
I create delicious, happy-to-be-alive dishes that are
only possible with organic, high-quality ingredients. I love the challenge
of taking non-vegetarian recipes from my childhood and turning them into their healthier vegetarian
counterparts. I am especially interested in healing people through cooking, making people feel invigorated when they walk away from the table.
About the Classes:
Come and meet like-minded new friends or bring along a partner to share your experience! These classes are designed for people of all cooking levels. You'll learn how to care for your health, through balancing meals and prepare delicious food for those you love. I will give you the knowledge and skills to be a confident cook.
At the end of class we all sit down together and enjoy the foods we prepared. After each class you'll take home the packet of recipes, and the newly acquired skills to show off your delicious culinary creations. The cooking class themes change on a regular basis.
Each class is $65 per student. To sign up for class please use the Registration form. Let me know the class of your choice, number of attendees, date and time that you prefer. I will get back to you confirming the availability, and I will e-mail you a payment link to confirm your booking. You're spot will not be held unless you have received payment confirmation.
Once you have signed up, I will e-mail you details and driving directions about a week prior to class. For a full refund you must cancel 3 business days in advance of your cooking class. Students who cancel less than 3 days in advance will be responsible for the full amount.
All cooking classes are approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours in length. Space is limited in my kitchen, so reserve your spot as soon as possible.
